Paraben Free: Parabens are a type of preservative that are bad for you. So we got rid of them.

Vegan: Our products do not contain any animal ingredients or animal-derived ingredients.

Where are your products manufactured?

We Proudly say our products are manufactured in India.

Tell me about the product's shelf life

The date of manufacture the Use Before Date is printed on our packaging.

My product is damaged, how can I get a refund?

If you are unhappy with your product, please write us at [email protected] and we will sort it out. Please note that we will only accept products within 48 hours of when you received your order.

Can I return a used product?

Unfortunately, we cannot process a return for a used product.

How can I track my order?

If you haven't received an email from us with your dispatch details, please email us at [email protected] and we will sort it out.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

Orders are delivered between 7-10 Business days from when the order is placed.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

Shipping is free! But not for COD- 50-100rs.

How do I register for my Account?

Go to https://www.joonbeauty.in, click on account icon on the top right corner and then click on register, fill out your first name, last name, email address and password and then click on create. Once you register, you'll need to confirm your email address. We'll send you an email with a verification to confirm your account. Once your account is verified the same will be activated on the website.

I forgot my user ID or my password?

To request a new password, go to Forgot Password under login section on myjoonbeauty.com enter your and e-mail address and select submit. You will then receive an e-mail message with a link to reset your password.
