We provide FREE DELIVERY on all our exciting Joon purchases! Delivery will usually take place in 5-6 days in metro cities and 7 to 9 working days in non-metro after acceptance of an order. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in customers location. Refund policy

Joon Beauty strictly follows No Return/ No Exchange Policy unless you received a broken item.

Q. How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

A. You have to initiate your return within 2 days of receiving the product. Also, used products are not eligible for return.

However, there are certain exceptions to this policy wherein we will not be able to process a return and/or refund your money: PSA: PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING CLEARANCE SALES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS

PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS • Certain products for which the product page explicitly states as “Final Sale”. We recommend you read the product-specific return policy on each product’s page on our website. • Any returned item that is received in damaged condition or is used. • Any item where the return request is initiated more than 2 days after delivery.  • Only regular priced items may be refunded ( If you received Damaged Goods ). Items purchased during Sale events or using discount codes are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Q. Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional charges for this service?

• We offer a reverse-pickup service for many, but not all, pin codes. In case you choose to arrange for a reverse pick-up, a nominal restocking fee of Rs.100 per product will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Q. How do i return an item ? • STEP 1 To return your shipment please email - [email protected] with your order number

• STEP 2 We will arrange for a pick up from the same address within 3-4 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Kindly ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return

• STEP 3 Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will initiate the return. On the other hand, if the Product is not as per the aforementioned conditions, then the returned Product will unfortunately not be accepted and would be returned back to you (Delivery charges applicable).

Q. Can I return my order if I placed it by mistake? • In case you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by raising a support ticket. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

For Prepaid Orders • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days of approval of the refund. • Finally, please note that only the product cost (less restocking fee, if applicable) will be refundable. Q. Can I place an exchange request? • We do not do exchanges. You will receive a refund for your returned order ( for Damaged Items Only ) and can place a new order request for the product(s) you wish for.
